This is a spacious villa with a large pool and a large, enclosed garden. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa is large enough for 8 people. You will also find a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a covered terrace and a heated bubble bath.

The villa is located in the woods between the Provencal village of le Muy and the seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime (18 km). Sainte-Maxime is a lively seaside resort with beautiful shops, a beach and terraces. A large Provencal market is held in Le Muy every Sunday and Thursday. In the area you will find several 18-hole golf courses.

The owners live in the basement at the back of the villa, with its own entrance and no direct view. If desired, they can tell you about the beautiful surroundings.

The pool is protected by an alarm. For children who cannot swim, a declaration of responsibility is signed by all families with children on arrival for any possible accident related to the pool.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 350,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
