Precious days!

The house has all the amenities a family might need and is situated in a great location, with walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. We had the most wonderful time and we hope to be back!

Beautiful home in a great location

My extended family (6 adults, 5 kids aged 8-16) loved this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and the location near the beach and a short drive from Le Lavandou. Do note that the AC is only in the bedrooms and the Wifi is not very strong on the basement floor (with bunkroom and one other bedroom), but that worked out fine for us!

Keine Empfehlung – besonders nicht für Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Beim ersten Mal gab es bereits leichte Mängel in der Sauberkeit, die wir direkt an die Reinigungskraft Corinna gemeldet hatten. Sie zeigte sich einsichtig, weshalb wir trotz oberflächlicher Reinigung erneut buchten – das Haus ist grundsätzlich groß und geräumig.Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war der Zustand deutlich schlechter: Die Wohnung war erneut nur oberflächlich gereinigt (Haare, Krümel, schmutzige Toilette, verschmutzter Grill, Gas leer), den Grill und andere Dinge mussten wir selbst in Stand setzen. Besonders gravierend war der starke Schimmelgeruch im unteren Stockwerk, der diesmal bis ins obere zog. Couch und Babybetten waren betroffen – gesundheitlich nicht tragbar. Angeblich soll der Geruch „beim nächsten Mal“ behoben werden – das hilft künftigen Gästen wenig.Nach unserer (früheren) Abreise wurde uns eine zusätzliche Pauschale angekündigt – mit teils fragwürdigen Begründungen: Müll in der Mülltonne (!), Schlieren auf dem Boden und angeblich unzureichend gereinigte Küche – obwohl eine Endreinigung im Preis enthalten ist. Reinigungsmittel oder klare Anweisungen wurden nicht bereitgestellt.Unser Rat: Lasst euch die Übergabe und Abnahme durch die Reinigungskraft genau bestätigen. Für Familien mit Kindern (v. a. bei Allergien oder Vorerkrankungen) ist die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen

Séjour parfait

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux par Corinne qui nous a fait découvrir la villa et son mode de fonctionnement. État impeccable de la maison, une bouteille de rosée nous attendait au frais! Nous avons rencontré un petit problème de fourniture d’eau chaude au début du séjour et il fut réglé immédiatement par Corinne.Bravo pour son efficacité.La villa est vaste et fournie par tout le nécessaire jusqu’au savon dans les pièces d’eau, serviettes de bains et toilette ainsi que torchons de cuisine. La cuisine est très bien équipée, aussi bien en ustensiles qu’en électroménager. Rien a manqué alors que nous étions 11 personnes à chaque repas. La villa est située dans une résidence fermée, au calme avec la possibilité de garer de nombreux véhicules dans la propriété. Elle dispose d’une très belle terrasse avec un store électrique très appréciable, d’un jardin magnifique et d’une piscine avec de nombreux transats. L’accès à la mer se fait à pied en juste quelques minutes et nous avons pu profiter des restaurants directement sur la plage ainsi que des diverses activités nautiques proposées (paddle, pédalos..). Un endroit paradisiaque d’où on a du mal à s’en aller…

A perfect place for holiday

We spent out holidays now for the third time in Ann-Marie's house. We love this place! The house is perfectly located, very well equiped and well maintained.The beach, shops and a bakery are within walking distance. Check-in and check out is very well organised.So, we will come back again!!!

Familien Urlaub

Die Villa ist größer als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Sie ist wunderschöne. Im Großen und ganzen eher obeflechig gesäubert. Messer und Töpfe in die Jahre gekommen. Das haben ich aber auch gleich weiter gegeben. Ansosnten warwn wir mot der Kommunikation sehr zufrieden. Super schnelle Reaktion aif insere Anliegen. Wir danke für diesen tollen urlaub. Waren wirklich ansonsten rundum sehr zufrieden. Bis bald. kinderwagen zum Strand zum laufen eher schwierig.

Wunderschönes, großzügiges Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Haus von Anne-Marie zu Gast. Es ist ein modernes, mit Liebe eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Vor allem die Lage so nahe am Strand ist optimal. Der Check-in durch Corinne war sehr professionell. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Superbe

Nous avons passe une superbe semaine dans cette belle maison. La proprietaire est charmante, la personne en charge de faire le check in et check out est charmante, la maison est charmante....enfin tout est charmant!! Nou reviendrons sans faute dans les annees qui viennent. Belle maison - Grande, bien renovee, moderne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. On se sent chez soi des que l'on arrive. Belle piscine, beau jardin tres bien entretenu, 100m de la plage, calme et dans un lotissement securise...... en gros il n'y a rien a redire. Nous etions 9 (2 couples et des jeunes adultes). Aucuns problemes pour rester a 3 familles. Un vrai bonheur et merci de nous avoir confie votre maison pour une superbe semaine.
