This villa is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro hob.) opening onto a furnished terrace. Living room of 41m² opening onto the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool, a bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboards, a bedroom with 1 double bed and cupboards. Bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom with a large closet and a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and closets. The 2 bedrooms open onto a 10m² outdoor terrace. Air conditioning in each bedroom except one with fan. 2 indoor parking spaces and 1 outside.

Private and secure unheated swimming pool available from 06/01/25 to 09/20/25.
Regular pool maintenance is carried out once a week.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schöne, ruhige Lage in Quartier am Rive droite. Den Pool genossen wir. Kurzer Spaziergang zum Meer, plage Boucanet. Haus zweckmässig eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlen Rüstmesser, die gut schneiden und nur ein Schneidebrett war vorhanden. Die Bettengrösse war in der Beschreibung nicht enthalten. Für 7 Erwachsene sind die Betten zu schmal (in 2 Zimmern nur 140 cm) und die Matratzen teilweise nur für Kinder geeignet.

Maison agréable. Piscine sympa, mais promiscuité avec la voisine est gênante (même si la personne est très discrète). L’extérieur mériterait un barbecue et une terrasse plus ombragée pour déjeuner et dîner pour le tarif proposé. Climatisation dans les chambres est très efficace. Quartier très calme. Séjour agréable
