The apartment, approximately 80 sqm and completely renovated, is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, toaster and gas hob, table with chairs, comfortable double sofa bed, high-speed wifi and satellite TV. Large double bedroom with wardrobe and satellite TV, small bedroom with two single beds (one of which is pull-out) and wardrobe. Bathroom with large shower with crystal enclosure, sink, washing machine, toilet and bidet. Balcony with armchairs and sun awning. The swimming pool is just a few metres from the apartment. It is possible to park the car or bicycles in the private garage. A few steps away there is public parking and a children's playground. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are allowed by reservation and with a supplement.
