Totally unhelpful and terrible experience.
I'm afraid to report that this was the most rudest, unhelpful and unfriendly experience I have ever had. After a 5 hour drive we arrived at the house which was all shut up, We called the number several times and eventually after about an hour the phone was answered in a very abrupt manner. I explained that we had traveled a long way and had our two young children and our dog in the car and that the house was shut. The woman said that she would not be there for another hour. The place is in the wilds so I explained that my children needed to use the toilet and the dog and we were very hot in the car as it was 30c. I asked if she could help us, the woman refused and hung up. We called back, this time greeted by an even ruder man who said something about the English, said he would not help and hung up. We decided that this was not the type of stay we wanted or expected and ended up traveling our next leg on the same day to Barcelona. I sincerely hope nobody experiences the blatant rudeness and shock that we had. We have not received any refund or apology/ explanation.

Un hôtel do it yourself...
A l'arrivée on voit que les photos rendaient mieux... il faut demander un kit serviettes en plus nous sommes 4 et il en manque. Le téléphone de la chambre ne marche plus la lumière une fois allumée ne s'éteindra plus. Le patron répare en retirant l'ampoule. La piscine est petite et il faut passer soi même un coup de nettoyage pour pouvoir s'y baigner. Le restaurant est par contre très sympa il comporte un coin de jeux pour les enfants. La carte est originale, les plats savoureux.

à éviter à tout prix
Nous avions prévu de passer 1 nuit dans le beau pays d'Hérault, sur le chemin du retour des vacances d'Espagne (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 4,5 ans)... Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une demeure mal entretenue, quelconque, malodorante, une piscine à eau trouble, dans une chambre spartiate, avec des branches d'arbres mal taillées qui gênaient la fermeture des volets, sans aucune insonorisation, un service plus que moyen et un petit déjeuner pris sur une terrasse poussiéreuse, avec en prime des biscuits petit beurre sous blister, mais périmés depuis plus de 6 MOIS... sympathique pour les enfants. Les explications fournies par le gérant étaient incompréhensibles concernant la fraîcheur des victuailles servies. Nous n'avons pas dîné, les odeurs de la salle de restaurant ne nous y engageaient guère. La vue de cette propriété est "jolie" et imprenable sur l'arrière garage du voisin. En conclusion: A EVITER CLAIREMENT!

Super séjour, on est parti à 3 avec ma femme et ma fille, on a passé un trés bon séjour. Super accueil, toujours disponible. Chambre propre et bien équipée, manque peut être un peu de charme.
