It was ok in general but it was not that very clean. We had to slightly move the bed and it was very dirty. I wish they could do deep cleaning once in a while. Plus different staff at reception give different information, bit confusing.

A great place for convenience to the CBD, football and park etc. Good restaurant, although the calamari was a bit overpriced. Rooms are spacious and modern, but is a bath with the shower in it, to step into. Nice big towels, and crisp white linen! Friendly staff, and parking, but it is an extra cost. Worth the convience though.

Excellent spot for the covenience of shopping close by and restaurants..within walking distance to everything. In house restaurant was amazing. Nice comfortable room.

This motel is in an excellent location if you are visiting Launceston CBD. It is right next door to the beautiful Princess Theatre and close to many cafes and restaurants. We found the staff very courteous and friendly with a shout out to the lovely receptionist Chantelle who in our opinion is a real asset to this great motel.

The property is very tired. Make shift alterations have been made. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. No coffee machine and the thermos water wasnit very hot. The baine maries were either low or empty. The tables had not been cleared so there were a lit of dirty dushes around.

This is a strange set up… 1) you book in on line however when you show up at reception you have to check in via QR reader but the “check in clerk” is standing there watch you do it - makes no sense nor welcoming customer service 2) The Hotel has no parking facilities.. you are at the mercy of a public car park & available spots .. if any 3) Our room had a dodgy air conditioner making death rattle noises - when I asked for repair or room change they couldn’t as they were supposedly fully booked. They did offer drink as compensation but that wasn’t going to give me a good night sleep… I bailed out to another hotel & never to be seen again

This hotel is very dirty. When we checked in, we found out that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There are white spots on one of the chairs. The tea spoons seemed to have been used without cleaning. Part of the bathroom is rusty. We left very expensive belonging in the room, and specifically asked for no room service. The receptionist said ok and made a call to record our request. Guess what? They still had our room cleaned. They moved our things around and didn't even change the bed. Avoid like a plague. This hotel is garbage.
