Made a reservation thru Travelocity and paid in advance. Get to the hotel at 2 am after flight delay and the clerk could not get the computer to work to check me in and give me a room card key. No attempt to call anyone. No acknowledgement that I had a child with me. Had to go look for another hotel on my own because of the time Other hotels would not accept travelocity reservations.

I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. It can be frustrating when computer system are down and the front desk staff doesn't provide the assistance needed. In situations like like these, it's important to remain calm and communicate your concerns to the hotel management or customer service department . They can investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Everything
Location: Close to highway and beach
This hotel is great! Free breakfast,free parking,free internet,free beer,free cookies! Very close to the highway and very clean hotel and the staff was great A+++++++

Short Stay for Thanksgiving

Pros: I always like the consistency of Hampton Inn and this was no exception. The breakfast was better than other Hamptons. We has breakfast at the pool.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: N/A for this stay.
Very courteous Customer Service when we arrived. The Service person wanted to know how they can please us. Felt good to hear that.

Hotel close to soccer park

Pros: Breakfast was EXCELLENT. Great choices and food was hot.
Cons: If there is a problem with the room and you can't fix it, give a discounted rate. Most hotels do.
Location: Great location for our granddaughter's soccer tournament. Also, close to beaches and places to eat.
Staff excellent at check-in. Willing to change our room to ground floor. TV was not working and he did not have a maintenance person on duty. It was late and we did not want to move. Wish they had discounted the room. Breakfast was EXCELLENT.

We Checked in an employee from out of town here...

It is a smaller Hampton Inn. But the they were very friendly, and the place was clean. At 10pm there was still a couple of cookies left (and the one I had was good). Breakfast was pretty regular for Hampton Inn. The home fries were cooked and seasoned well.
