I stayed at the hotel for a total of four nights across three separate check-ins. Two of the stays were fine; however, the first check-in experience was not very pleasant.
I arrived at approximately 10:00 a.m. due to an international flight from the U.S. I was informed that a room was available, but I would need to either pay an additional €50 for early check-in or wait two hours. This was my first time encountering such a policy in my travel experience, and I travel frequently both domestically and internationally. I understand situations where a room is not available, but in this case, one was.
Given that the hotel is located at an airport and often serves guests arriving early or after long international journeys, I hope the hotel will consider revisiting this policy. Aside from this issue, the hotel was very nice, clean, and convenient, both the breakfast and executive lounge and the breakfast were very nice. The staffs are very nice especially the one from Madagascar. Sorry didn’t know her name.
