Paris is beautiful — I’ve always wanted to stay here since my first trip to Vegas. The hotel itself is clean, and our room was nice and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
However, our experience with the Caesars Rewards desk really left a bad taste. The lady there accused the person I was with of already using her vouchers and “just wanting more,” even saying, “you know we can look at surveillance.” It came off very rude and unnecessary. On top of that, the restaurant Mon Ami Gabi doesn’t accept Caesars Rewards, but they told us to take it up with the rewards desk — and when we did, the same lady acted rude again and said no.
The shower pressure in the room was off, but we dealt with it. We also found it easier to access the casino from the Horseshoe side, so we spent most of our time there (and honestly enjoyed it more).
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay — the room was clean, and the atmosphere is pretty — but unless there’s a great promotion I can’t pass up, I’d probably choose Horseshoe over Paris next time.
