This place is run down and OLD !!! Resort fees for $55 a night but, no resort. Pool too cold to enter, no hooters restaurant but signs everywhere saying it was there. Just don't do it !!!

The room were dated, no mini fridge,etc.It also did not have any cups in the room to allow me to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. Most egregious was their TV system, they offer Fox News but NO CNN. I like balanced news. People have brought to my attention that this error lays with the cable service not the hotel however I have never stayed at a hotel which did offer both news services, is that a political statement??

Avoid this place at all cost. The room was filthy. Scum all over the showerhead, unclean vents blowing crud onto the clean towels, closet door doesnt qork, and the air conditioner managed to flip flop between intermitent calamities and a deafening drone. Staff was worse. Nickle and diming to hold bags at check in, and then at check out, refusing to store my suitcase for the day. I should have just slept on the sidewalk and saved myself $500

While checking out, I informed an employee that I would like to speak with a manager regarding issues with my room. He advised me that I would need to wait until the manager was available. I later returned that day and spoke directly with the manager. She informed me that the issues should have been addressed prior to checkout and stated that she could not assist me at that time. She then instructed me to email her regarding my concerns. I did send an email as requested; however, I never received a response. I found it unprofessional that my concerns were overlooked and that no follow-up was provided. I have stayed at this motel several times in the past without any issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Due to the lack of response and resolution, this will most likely be my last stay at this establishment. If there is someone who can contact me regarding this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. I will forward the original email to provide a timestamp showing when it was sent. Thank you for your time. Linford
