First of all when I made to the Hotel after looking on your site that rated the hotel high. It was a total disappointment the room was horrific. when I check in I was ask did I need an upgrade, first warning. When I finally made to the room wish was at the end of a Dungeon, we couldn't believe how terrible the room was, really expected to see bed bugs, Eventho it was attach to the hotel it was builded when MGM was created. We had to use a card to get in to the building to get in with the Hotel door key. I feel that Travelocity do this in order to get your business. I went back to the desk to explain my dilemma which was brought on by your company. Your company misrepresent your customer, because the first thing Front Desk Clerk ask ask do you want an upgrade for ex amount dollars. I let them know that I deceive by your company. For future references your company need to be honest with the customer that they're not getting what you're expecting or what the is rated on your site. I would like the publish know that your company deviate from the standard of giving customer what your company states. I will recommend Hotel but not with your company.
