Beautiful, but stuffy in the Towers.

Great hotel - however... we were sold an upgrade ($65) which would give us access to coffee 24 hours, free wifi, etc. come to find out there is NO coffee maker in the room and the 24 hours coffee service is charged, not free. Wifi access is free anyway with the $30 resort charge. So, basically we paid $65 for nothing! Well, actually the room was nice and in the "towers" which made us believe it was a better part of the hotel to stay in.... not really. Sure, there were fancy doors to walk through but the service was quite "stuffy" once there. The door man was not attentive nor were the rest of the staff. Actually feel as if we'd had a better room and service had we not chosen the upgrade.
