One of the best water views at the Moorings with breathtaking sunrises and meticulously landscaped grounds. Newly remodeled kitchen with wine cooler and two baths with walk-in showers. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Walk-in bedroom closets. Cable and Wi-Fi included.

High end resort complex includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym, billiard room, business center, club room, and onsite cafes. Twenty-four-hour security, valet parking, and assigned cover parking spot provided.

Located approximately halfway between Palm Beach and Delray. Beautiful beaches, world class restaurants, shopping, Palm Beach Airport, Kravis Center for Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and numerous golf courses located nearby.

Background Check required by condo association. $100 processing fee per married couple or $100 per person if not married. Association must receive paperwork 14 days prior to stay. Thirty day minimum stay. 25 minimum age to rent. No pets. No smoking.
