Everything about our stay was excellent. The only small hiccup happened the evening before we left, we were sitting out on the balcony when we suddenly noticed a leaf snake slithering between the wooden planks. We were so shocked (and a little mesmerized) that we just froze and didn’t even think to take a picture. It gave us a bit of a scare, so we avoided the balcony after that, but it honestly felt like one of those rare, wild moments you remember We informed the staff at reception, and they were very responsive, they assured us it would be taken care of. Just something to be aware of if you’re not used to that kind of nature

I had a wonderful time at Pelangi Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-designed spaces that make you feel welcome the moment you arrive.
