Lakeville features easy access to the Provincetown ferry out of Plymouth, Woods Hole ferries to the islands and New Bedford ferries to the Cuttyhunk Island.

If shopping is more your cup of tea the Wrentham Outlets and Cape Cod Factory Outlet Malls are within a 30 minute drive and Antique Shops are scattered throughout the area.

For the golfers, Lakeville is home to five golf courses all within a 5 minute drive of the cottage.

The summer excitment and historic mansions of Newport, RI are within 30 minutes.
