A Long Weekend in Lakeland

This is a very home. The owner is very communicative and left a few treats around the home for us. It was just off of Florida Avenue which has one of everything. I will definitely come back when the opportunity arises.

A Lovely Time in Lakeland!

The property was exactly what we needed--size, location, amenities--for our family coming to town to celebrate my mother's 95th birthday! The host even offered to stock some eggs and milk for breakfast since we were arriving late in the evening. Fresh banana bread awaited us--an unexpected treat! Communication with the host was open throughout. Should we come again for a family gathering, I would hope and pray this property would again be available!

Family Gathering

Absolutely amazing! Our home away from home had everything we would need. Our hostess, Monika was super accommodating, available and welcoming. The location was beautiful and perfect for us to celebrate our FSC grad. The banana bread was a wonderful touch as were all of the thought filled snacks and supplies that enabled us to settle in without having to run to the store upon arrival. Thank you so very much for having us and making our stay exceptional! It was a blessing to stay in your beautiful home. My only complaint is that we don't have a specific reason to return to Lakeland and rent again!

Absolutely gorgeous rental, perfect location

Beautifully decorated and clean home that the renter has also thought of everything you might need and supplied it. There were even treats and snacks upon our arrival. Little necessities in the bathrooms and such an inviting cozy environment. The owner is in contact with you via text which is incredible might you need anything and even offers to turn the lights on for you if you are going to arrive late. Instructions are clearly laid out and provided. We had such a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful, walking distance to beautiful lake with walking path and short drive to downtown full of wonderful places to eat! Gorgeous backyard, peaceful and serene. Actually dreaming & looking forward to visiting again and staying at this location!!

We really liked the place and the location. The interior was very well appointed and spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate with everything we needed to prepare every meal. The Nespresso machine was a huge bonus- I might have to buy one of those because it makes PERFECT coffee. The backyard is huge with lots of seating and great for entertaining. The fire pit was another big plus. The only issues: The master bath is not attached to the master BR and is VERY small. The master BR door sticks and does not close quietly. The pillows on the beds are not very comfortable- they are thin and unsupportive. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay at this house again.

This place was absolutely the best place we have stayed. We rent a lot of condos, houses but this place is hands down the best yet. The host made sure the house had everything we needed. She was in contact with us on our arrival day and even let us know we could do a early check in if needed. WOW! When we arrived to our surprise there was a fresh made loaf of banana nut bread waiting for us along with several different snacks. I can't say enough good about this place. It was very roomy, the landscaping was beautiful. The patio was so relaxing. We had a 1 and 3 year old and the backyard was fenced in which worked out very well with us. Good location! Beds were comfy! We were there for the Lakeland Sun n Fun airshow and we will definitely want to rent this house again! Thank you for being a wonderful host.
