We were there for three days. Our garbage was not emptied once. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. We left wet towels outside our room and they weren’t picked up for three days. Kids running the halls at all hours of the night. I had to ask for a bath mat when my wife almost fell in the shower. A freak in occurred while we were there. It made the news. Someone climbed in through a Window. Terrible experience

The rooms were ok, we requested a freshen up of towels and did not receive any. We had to call the front desk twice to get more towels. One point they did not have any left. They also provide small sample size bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We had to request for more samples.

The hotel is under renovations and all I can say is I hope they still haven’t gotten to my room yet. If they did, I hope you haven’t paid the contractor for the work. The one sink’s faucet somehow defied the laws of physics and sprayed both backwards and forwards, soaking me with either low or high pressure. Nifty water feature is you’re prepping for Seaworld but I had to wrap the border of the sink in a towel to stay dry. Bar One chicken Tacos and lemon cheesecake delivered to my door made the stay.

Ice machines broken. Was told by the front desk to go into Dennys (attached) to ask for ice. 2nd time the server was not impressed. Never cleaned room even though we put the sign out at 8 am and we were about 10 doors away from housekeeping. Took towels to the desk at 5 pm to ask for clean ones. Told me to go to housekeeping. The next morning toilet wouldn't flush. Fixed it myself instead of going to the desk and being told to go find maintenance. Pool was shut down twice while we were there (2 nights) so never got to use it.

I've never stayed in a hotel before that didnt have curtains. We woke to full sun and couldn't have a nice sleep if we tried. Also, we were harassed by transients immediately outside the hotel door exiting one area of the hotel and attempting to go into another door where our room was. They need to have security or someone monitoring this as it left us feeling very unsafe. The hotel itself was good and staff were friendly but not being able to sleep after a late flight was verh disappointing.
