Nuestra casa es la mejor en el area! ¡Muy limpio! Maravillosa de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños Independiente casa en fabulosa ubicación de Laguna Niguel. pisos de madera, meticulosamente cuidados. Pasos para aparcar, zona de juegos y patio piscina frente tiene un jardín de vegetales "ayudarse a sí mismo" ... ritmo fresco! Una familia sólo por estancia. Nuestro lugar se parece a las fotos! :)
Esta muy moderna y sofisticada casa de Laguna Niguel está a solo 5 millas (10 minutos en auto) del océano y del mundialmente famoso Ritz Carlton y Montage Resorts, donde puede experimentar las grandes playas públicas, restaurantes, tiendas y parques con cancha de tenis y campo de golf. Debido a nuestra ubicación, que está a medio camino entre Los Ángeles y San Diego, North Orange County / atracciones de Los Ángeles (Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knotts Berry Farm) y atracciones de San Diego (Sea World, Zoológico de San Diego, La Jolla) son los dos únicos una hora en coche.

Amazing home

our family stayed in the house , we enjoyed it very much and will stay there on our next vacation . the house was full of everything you can think about , the most i ever see in a VRBO home. the host was available 24/7 with any problem we had .

Exactly what we needed

We had an awesome stay at the property. The host, Bernadette was fantastic. The location to the lake, park, beach was great. The appliances and furnishings are a bit old but other than that, nothing to complain about. We'll definitely stay again!

We found the home to be a comfortable size for us with no problems while we were there. The house and landscape could use some TLC, but again, nothing really impacted our stay. It was a bit of a drive to the beach and beach cities but grocery stores and restaurants were located handily. And also lovely parks were very close by and a nicely maintained children's play area.

We had a pleasant stay. It was nice to have a front yard and back patio to enjoy the sunny so cal weather. Some needs for updating but a nice little house and a great owner.

Fantastic Family Trip!!!

We just cannot wait to return. Really, we are planning to return as soon as we are able. The home was lovely with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Very well maintained. The single story, fenced home was perfect for our toddlers and pups to run around. The local pool and park were such a treat for the little ones. And not a far drive to the beach. The property owner was so responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family home in a residential neighborhood

The home was perfect for us - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, well located to OC beach towns and hiking/biking/running trails, and with plenty of space for the four of us. Would highly recommend.

Great Family House

We rented this house over Christmas for my daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. The house was perfect for the family, the park, playground and pool just steps away provided lots of activity for the kids. The house itself was terrific, with both a front and rear courtyard and a great kitchen for cooking a couple of meals together. The homeowners made the check-in/out process easy and were readily available for any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. The home is well maintained and has everything you need for a home away from home. Our kids and our 2 dogs really enjoyed the small yard and nearby park and it's just a short drive to Dana Point or South Laguna Beach. The owner has been very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Comfortable Stay, Close to Everything!

We stayed at this home for a month and found it clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us with a big washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had wonderful Viking kitchen appliances. The front yard had a little vegetable garden and a great area to sit and relax. We also were able to take long walks around the park nearby which was a treat. The house came stocked with everything we need! Would recommend to someone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

We had a lovely stay at this rental. The home was comfortable and clean. The location was terrific. Quiet neighborhood. All kinds of shopping within 1-2 miles. A small park is a few houses down (convenient for dog walking) and Laguna Niguel Regional Park is walking distance for a great workout. Bernadette was a pleasure to work with.

Also, we felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was adjacent to a lake and perfect run/walking path. All of the rooms are private and the bathrooms are updated. It would be a great place for family OR work. From a distance, Bernadette made sure we felt right at home with special touches throughout our stay. Beautiful community. Close to the pool and hot tub. Lots of effort into making you feel welcome. Treats and beach items to borrow. Close to everything, beach, Whole Foods, Shops, Gyms, and even Spas. I highly recommend this location!!! The only reason I didn't give it a five is because there was construction going on around us. They were repairing the side walks and we were not made aware that that would be happening while we were there. It was very load and inconvenient. Looks like they were finishing up when we checked out. I also had trouble with the wifi, but I am technically challenged. That said, they had step by step instructions written out for how to use everything, netflix, dvds and even the BBQ grill. They also have a tone of books and dvds to borrow. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. Bernadette was so responsive. She always texted me back immediately if we had any questions. We had ants and she sent someone out that day. The home is decorated with such nice taste. Feels cozy and relaxing yet luxurious at the same time. Front and back yards are great for quiet time to read a book or just chat. We will rent from them again!!!

Perfect Location!!

This home was everything we could have asked for! Great beds, soft pillows, fresh linens, adorable garden with fresh veggies, updated kitchen and furnishings, etc. The homeowners definitely take pride in owning this home because it is very well taken care of and it looks exactly like the photos. The location was close to shopping (particularly Target, Whole Foods, and The Shops at MJ), mountain biking, a great 24Hr Fitness, and 20 minutes from SNA. It is also worth noting that it was great being able to get home easily from work when heading north from the Carlsbad area off the 1st exit on the 73 without incurring toll road charges or having to take the long route off I-5. Plus the easy access to the toll roads or the 5 to head inland was very convenient. Bernadette was amazing to work with and checked in every so often to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be staying there again whenever we come to So. California!
