Overall the property was nice but the following issues require immediate attention. 1. Internet/Wi-Fi was terrible - it sometimes went off for hours and there was no way to contact anyone as there was no intercom. 2. No complimentary water - it doesn’t cost that much to get complimentary water - worse case, ask us to pay it you can’t provide for free. 3. No clean towels on arrival. It took several hours to get a couple after back and forth communication. 4. The room we reserved was unavailable to us when we arrived. While the manager subsidized the rental room by refunding some amount because they ended up giving us a lesser room than was reserved, but that didn’t happen until we called their attention to the matter. Overall, for an apartment that cost so much per night, y’all need to do better. That said, the manager on duty was respectful and was a gentleman.
