Spacious 5 bedroom villa in an enviable position just a short walk to shops and restaurants, large established garden and attractive pool area.



Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on Carvoeiro Clube, this five bedroom villa occupies a plot of over 3000 square meters of mature gardens. There is a gated driveway leading to the two storey villa. On entrance level there is a spacious hall way with attactive curved stair case leading to the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is a private terrace leading from the bedroom with fabulous views. The bathroom features a bath and walk in shower.



On the ground floor, there is a lounge and dining area with fireplace and patio doors to the gardens and pool area. The kitchen has traditional Portuguese tiles and modern equipement such as dishwasher, oven and fridge. There is an entrance WC and four bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms and one family bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds. You also can enjoy the sunset or sunrise on the roof terrace.



Externally the villa is surrounded by mature gardens with large palm trees offering natural shade, fruit trees including figs, orange and lemons and pomegranite. There is a grass area for children to play and the terrace surrounding the pool has plenty of space for sunloungers and umbrellas offering more shade. There is a BBQ and external dining area to enjoy the summer evenings.



Overall this villa is in a quiet location yet within easy reach of everything you will need. There is a mix of attractive traditional features with more modern touches. It is a great place for family holidays!

Good Villa in great area, would probably heat the pool in future and like more info on how everything works in the villa. Roof top could do with some lighting as this was an amazing site to watch the sun set.

Ideal for 2 families

Villa was ideal for 2 families due to its size and was very versatile. The pool was a lovely size. The downside was the downstairs shower room smelt of sewage which leaked into the dining area so wasn’t very pleasant and meant the bedroom next door could not be slept in. We did report a blockage in that toilet which the agents told us to they would sort out but the smell never went.

Nice and clean house

Great experience staying in this beautiful villa. Convenience to most famous attractions nearby if you have a car. Landlord prepared bread, butter, milk, ham, wines on our arrival which were surprised us! Strongly recommend this property. We really enjoyed staying there.
