The apartment will be fully modernized during the winter of 2025/2026, resulting in a fresh and contemporary interior designed for comfort. Its peaceful setting, huge shared pool, enclosed terrace with ocean view and proximity to the spectacular Praia da Marinha make it an excellent choice for families and anyone seeking a relaxing stay close to the coast.
The space
The property offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The apartment includes two modern bathrooms: one spacious family bathroom equipped with walk-in shower and double sinks, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The bright living room is furnished with comfortable seating and has direct access to the terrace.
