Sehr optimale Lage, direkt am Strand. Ab 1.OG kann man d.Wasser sehen.

Pros: Der Empfang und alle Informationen sind professionell und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach optimal, EG nicht zu empfehlen, da Restaurant direkt vor der Nase und kein Blick zum Wasser, aber Etage eins und höher ist alles fein. Cons: Man merkt, dass das Objekt schon ein paar Jahre alt ist, die Ausstattung ist teilweise nicht mehr in Ordnung gewesen, hinter der Auszieh-Couch und anderen Ecken konnte man den Schmutz nicht übersehen. Es war aber im Allgemeinen noch im Rahmen.

Pros: Schöne Lage, gute moderne Ausstattung, Cons: Direkt hinter dem Ocean Eleven, daher entsprechend morgens etwas Lärm und die Mülltonnen im Blick
