It is located on the third and top floor of a building located in the residential area, it is a very bright and fresh apartment, the balcony overlooks the city of La Spezia offering a beautiful panorama.

Die Wohnungsreservierung wurde am Anreisetag zwei STUNDEN vor Ankunft (nach einem 700km langen Anfahrt) ohne Angeben der Gründe vom Eigentümer storniert!

Appartamento accogliente e pulito; la proprietaria è cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento molto vicino alla stazione, comodo per raggiungere la Cinque Terre: l’unica pecca è che la zona è sovraelevata alla città dunque bisogna percorrere una lunga salita ogni volta che si vuole prendere il treno o scendere in centro città (non adatto ovviamente dunque a persone con disabilità motoria).
