Bel appartement, anvironnement très bruyant
L'appartement situé en ville est confortable et bien aménagé, toutefois un micro-onde et une climatisation ne serait pas superflus. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et aimables.
Par contre, l'environnent est très bruyant, et ce 7/24. Sous les fenêtres un marché tous les jours s'installant dès 6 heures du matin, 3 établissements de restauration ouverts tard au delà de minuit avec des tables installées dans la rue et une clientèle peu soucieuse du voisinage. Et surtout un magasin de livraison de nuit de repas à domicile, situé juste sous la chambre à coucher, induisant de nombreuses nuisance toute la nuit, personnes parlant fort, ballet de voitures, claquement de portières, volet roulant actionné sans cesse et d'où émane une forte odeur de friture très désagréable envahissant tout l'immeuble.
Logement à privilégier pour de courts séjours.
