This gorgeous home is without a doubt on the best lot at PGA West! Absolutely stunning home! Our experience working with Trent was outstanding. He was attentive to our needs and provided details to help us enjoy all the amenities of the home and the PGA West area. Thank you so much for making sure our extended time in La Quinta was as enjoyable as possible.
The home feels brand new inside and out. The décor, the amenities and the furnishing are all top of the line. The luxury provided is above and beyond what we usually find in rental homes. The bedding is luxurious, the cooking supplies and services were all plentiful to allow us to create all kinds of meals for our family with plenty of room for serving between the multiple dining areas in and outside of the home. The home is well stocked, and we felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy right away.
We relished the size of this home which easily accommodated our entire family and friends for entertainment/meals. There are cozy separate entertainment areas where kids or adults could go watch movies, play games, or entertain as individuals or smaller groups.
The pool area is where you really get a feel for the wonderful lot/location this house is on. First, the pool is stunning. You have an infinity pool that looks out directly on the Greg Norman golf course. There is a par 3 green just behind the pool area and looking beyond there is a lake and another golf hole beyond that. Viewing out from the back yard, you cannot see another house. There is no home to the side and that allows a panoramic view of the mountains and golf course. The multiple loungers, patio tables and outdoor grill with pool stools were so great to hang out and spend the day grilling and enjoying drinks in and around the pool/hot tub. In the evening, we often enjoyed gathering around the firepit. This home has everything!
My family and I absolutely loved this perfect home and did not want to leave. We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the desert life. Thank you, Trent, for all your service and letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We look forward to our return!
