The Space:
The 2-story townhome is located in the new Hispania Residencial development just 5 minutes from Liverpool, 10 minutes from the airport, and 15-20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the seaside Malecón. It is a relatively new area so you can find some cool new restaurants and bars for all tastes and less than 5 minutes from the home, plus grocery store options nearby like Chedraui and Walmart.
Reach La Paz sights and attractions, restaurants, markets, and shopping, with ease as you’ll have private parking at the home. It’ll be the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!
The main spaces of the 2-story townhome:
- A wonderful, naturally soothing, open living space on the ground floor that’s perfect and cozy for downtime moments between sightseeing and the beach.
- The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals to enjoy at home with important extras like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for afternoon adult beverages.
- The dining area features a round dining table to seat 4 comfortably for meals at home.
- A shaded private patio with a BBQ grill, wetbar, and outdoor dining space.
- Two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with private ensuite bathrooms, AC, and good-sized closets. There’s also the couch in the living room that can sleep 2 if needed. The home accommodates up to 6 guests as such:

Getting Around:
The townhome is about 4 miles | 6.3 km or about a 10-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 3-hour drive or 118 miles | 190 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
There is currently construction taking place in front of the house for the next 6-8 months, so the noise generated by said construction is from 7:30 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Please note guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Per the HOA bylaws, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm, and no pets are allowed on the property.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
