With crystal clear waters, pristine beaches, air so pure that lichen freely grows, the unpolluted Atlantic starscape is unforgettable. Fuerteventura is the ideal location for our Spa Villa, activities such as 1- 1 surfing, horse riding, golf, personal training & masseur. Robes and slippers are provided for use with the large steam room and 25+ degree heated pool.
Three bedrooms are smoke free and one bedroom is smoke tolerated.
The villa is climate controlled throughout, Sonos Smart Speakers, 4 flat screens showing Netflix.
All bedlinen is Peter Reed Egyptian Cotton with Hungarian Goosedown Pillows.
All towels are Egyptian Cotton.
Beach towels are provided.
Bathrobes and Slippers by The White Company.
All bathroom taps are Vola.
The expansive kitchen has all the best appliances - Sub Zero Fridge / Freezer with Automatic Ice, Purified Water on tap + Juicer + Thermador Hob, Krups Coffee Maker, Juicer and Citrus Press, plus Washer/Dryer.
One of the architectural features of the villa is the central courtyard with its North African Palm. The mature tropical garden has bananas, dates, figs, lemons, pink peppercorns, chillies, basil and Aloe Vera - one of the best known plants for skin and health. The smooth running of the spa villa comes courtesy of the in-house team - housekeeper, gardeners, pool cleaner & technicians.
Notes: Guests are normally welcomed from 15.00 onwards and are expected to vacate by 10.00 on day of departure.
Should any additional guests to the number booked plan to stay at the villa, please advise us in advance as we will need to prepare extra linen for rooms.
The fully heated swimming pool is 10m by 3m, and approx 1.2m deep.
All bed linen and bath towels are replaced after seven nights, based on a 2 week stay.
A deposit / bond against loss / damage will be required in advance, this can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and returned by the HomeAway Payment system once you have departed. Children 13 + welcomed, no more than 2 minors in any booking.

The villa itself was truly lovely – well-maintained, comfortable, and a perfect setting for our vacation. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the disappointing attitude and behavior of the host.From the outset, communication felt strained. Simple questions regarding local amenities and transport, such as where to find a taxi or local recommendations, were met with what felt like rude remarks and patronizing tones. This made us feel silly for even asking, creating an unnecessary barrier to enjoying our trip and exploring the local area.This lack of helpfulness, combined with the condescending communication, unfortunately, caused us undue stress. It ultimately led us to hire a rental car which, in hindsight, we wouldn't have needed if we had received the proper assistance and guidance from the host we expected. We hope that future guests will have a more positive experience with the host, allowing the beauty of the villa to truly shine through.

Casa Verde

I highly recommend Casa Verde. I had a wonderful week-long break there. The house is fully equipped with everything you need.The pool is fantastic, and the garden isbeautifully landscaped.You have 100 percent privacy both inside and outside. Amazing villa and location

Stayed for 9 nights. Communication with Naomi was fantastic from the onset. All questions responded to, excellent easy check in and allowed us to check in and out with the times that suited our flights which goes above and beyond any previous villas we have rented. The villa itself is in an amazing location, away from the touristy hotspots and located in a very quiet area. The villa was sparkly clean, very comfortable beds and the villa has everything you could ever wish for. Special little touches like oranges left to make your own orange juice with the juicer is a great idea. The pool heated to a lovely temperature. A cleaner popped In twice over our stay and gave a little spruce of the property and pool which again is a great idea and previous villas we have rented have never included that. We really could not fault this villa, or its location. We loved it, plus it had some amazing local restaurants within walking distance which is an added bonus. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location

Four double bedrooms, a large pool, beautifully furnished and very clean, faultless! The location is quiet, amongst other villas but 2 restaurants and a mini market (and best bakery on the island) are 5 mins walk. About 5 other restaurants within 10 mins walk, but a fantastic open grill on the oven is great to bbq. Huge upper sun terrace, and poolside terrace, this place is even better than the pictures, we hope to be returning soon. Thank you Naomi.

Peace and quiet but walking distance to so much

The house is very thoughtfully designed and has an air of calm and quiet both inside and out. We were all a little weary and the weather was unkind at points but we had such a relaxing time. The beds are very comfortable, the whole house smelt deliciously herbal like a spa. Villaverde is a great place both as a base and a destination. There are lots of nice places to eat in walking distance and the bakery is lovely for breakfast. There are great places to eat in el cotillo and lejares and lots of independent shops selling beautiful things, all within a 10 minute drive. The pool was warm enough, whatever the weather, and long enough to swim properly. We had a lovely lazy rejuvenating time. Thank you so much. I would definitely book again.

The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay

We had a two week break at Casa Verde in July 22. The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed chilling out around the pool surrounded by the beautiful private garden. The owner was great; very responsive to queries and gave us recommendations of places to eat. Nearby there are several v good restaurants (La Villa was our favourite) and a super bakery just a few minutes walk away where you can also have breakfast and lunch. There are two small supermarkets in the village and larger ones in Corralejo which are open on a Sunday.

Fabulous holiday!

We spent a very happy week at this beautiful villa in Villaverde. Communications with Naomi were very easy and she went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed before we arrived. The property itself is exceptional. Very spacious, fabulous pool area and terraces. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in. The local area is nice and quiet but walking distance to some lovely restaurants and a great bakery which was very handy. The property is within 15-20 mins drive of several fantastic beach areas and only about 30 mins from the airport. I would recommend hiring a car unless you want to spend more time relaxing around the pool... which is also an attractive option! We hope to return soon.

Location, location, location

A good sized villa for our family of 5 . Located in a village away from the main tourist spots , although all within easy driving distance, A relatively quiet residential area with good local restaurants. Relaxing Retreat

This was our second time staying at Casaverde. It’s a delightful home with a very private and beautiful garden and pool. The house is well equipped with a hamman steam room to boot. We love staying in a local village and having morning coffee on the roof terrace as the locals start their day. Then it’s a 15 minute drive to one of the prettiest beaches on the planet. The restaurant scene between Villaverde, El Cotillo and Corralejo is excellent. Naomi is very responsive if an issue arises (such as Wi-Fi for us). I highly recommend this property.

Above and beyond expectation

From the initial booking to day we left the villa the communication and information was excellent. The villa itself was beyond any of us could have imagined it was immaculately presented and the layout was suburb for both an all hands on deck meal in the evening or a bit of time on you own reading a book. The facilities at the villa are easily 5 stars; the bedrooms are large and comfortable, spacious bathrooms, fabulous kitchen with every gadget and cooking utensil you could ever need and a beautiful lounge to relax in after the sun has set. The outside areas of the villa equally match the level of detail given the interior, large wide open upper and lower terraces and the suburb heated pool. As mentioned by others who have stayed at the villa, a visit to the bakery is a must. There is a Supadino supermarket in the village which easily caters for all your food and drink requirements and it’s very cheap. We also made a visit to El Horno if you’re a meat lover this is the place for you. The villa also has several feline visitors 6 in total. Wow cat (the noise she make when requiring attention) the little ginger one and Curly (Spencer) are the most friendly. My wife (Susan) is a mad cat lady and always looked forward to getting up in the morning and seeing all the cats waiting outside. Thanks for a wonderful holiday in a quite exceptional villa. Upon arrival there were no other words but WOW!

From initial enquiry to checkout Naomi has been so attentive to detail and a perfect host! After arrival in the dark using nothing other than given written instructions nothing could have prepared us for the experience that was to unfold beyond the privacy of the high walled enclosure. The large electric gate opened to reveal ample shaded parking for our hire car with perfectly manicured gardens and a flat pathway leading to the entrance offering entry into boutique luxury. The spacious villa was immaculately presented with quality furnishing allowing us to immediately have the feeling of a special place to relax and re-energise. The kitchen is perfectly presented with all the requirements you could wish for, the lounge adorable and spacious with the bedrooms set up for comfort and dreams. After a very comfortable night the glorious sunshine paved the way for further inspection of very well appointed roof terraces with direct access from our bedrooms. As you descend the sweeping stairwell we once again appreciated the splendour of the kitchen and lounge with both affording a picture perfect panoramic window to a superbly presented outdoor seating area capped off with the most exquisite clean warm pool. As if this could not get better the villa then gives us a steam room that would happily grace many a 5 star hotel facility for both size and appearance, a truly relaxing gift. The bathrooms were well presented with quality toiletries and an abundance of hot water. The villa and host can only receive the highest 5 star recommendation from us, thank you Naomi for allowing us to rent your villa!!

An exceptional, luxurious and peaceful villa with an exquisite tropical garden

The villa more than lived up to its description and beyond. It needs to be experienced to be truly appreciated. A wonderful space beautifully thought out and designed to the highest standard by our great hosts who were most attentive and delightful. It's private and sheltered with I suspect one of the best private tropical gardens in Fuerte Ventura. Pool is warm and big. The steam room a fantastic asset, very well designed with every detail considered such as a shower within the steam room. Even a twinkling starry ceiling. Great touches throughout the villa such as the outside shower by the pool. Bliss. Areas to sunbathe out of the wind either just outside well appointed double bedrooms (very comfy beds) and also a great sheltered area by the pool. The kitchen is state of the art with every gadget you could ever want and there is a very comfortable sitting room which is centred all around a palm tree outside which makes the place feel unique. We cannot recommend this villa more to those seeking somewhere truly special, that feels very much in keeping with the volcanic environment with its of use of stone, colours with cleverly designed areas and angles picking out the very best views. The villa is well located and we loved exploring this extraordinary island with stunning landscapes and spectacular beaches. We adored the friendly cats that visit the villa and amusing ground squirrels that we discovered on our march up the volcano and we particularly enjoyed the snorkelling. Thank you very much for looking after our every need. We hope very much to return.

Chilling in style

We arrived on Saturday evening, greeted by the cats and wandered around the villa - it was amazing. Then in the sunshine on Sunday, it became even more amazing - the pool is excellent, sun all day, the kitchen is a treat to prepare meals, a Hammam to finish the day before settling down in the lounge. The villa is easily accessible, less than 30 minutes from the airport (and if you read the villa itinerary) and easy to find, 20 minutes from Carralejo and El Cotillo and the rest of the island is within easy reach - not that we did that as we just stayed in the villa and chilled. Waking up and watching the sunrise over the magnificent landscape everyday, chilling around the pool, swimming, a Hammam and finishing with a walk around the village. It’s a short trip to the Superdino supermarket (very well stocked) so you don’t really need a car or to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Naomi was always available via WhatsApp or mobile, and her team of Fernanda, Will and Eugene, were very nice and friendly. Communication with Naomi was excellent from the point of booking to when we left - as a customer experience, it was excellent. A wonderful villa and location, suited to visiting the island or just chilling around the pool as we did. This is certainly a lovely place to be and stay, and I hope to visit Casa Verde again next year!

Beautiful Oasis!

Casa Verde is a beautiful home with a lush pool garden that is a true oasis in the middle of the beautiful but arid landscape of Fuerteventura. We started our days watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace and had evening cocktails there as well. The village of Villaverde has a true local feel but also a modern SuperDino market and a couple of terrific restaurants (El Horno and La Campesina). The bedrooms are comfortable (with a/c) and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beautiful beaches of Corralejo are only a 20 minute drive away. Naomi was immediately responsive when we realized the fridge wasn't working properly and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this property!

Great family holiday in a luxurious villa.

Just returned back from a lovely relaxing stay at the wonderful Casa Verde. The villa itself ticks every box and has all the amenities you could wish for, from an excellent kitchen, four tastefully designed bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, two terrace areas, lush garden, great pool and to top it all a steam room. Naomi has excellent taste and style which shows throughout the villa and was extremely helpful throughout our booking and stay. The location is ideal for local restaurants, bakery and supermarkets and only a short drive to Correlejo and the great beaches at El Cotillo. Fuerteventura and this particular villa is idyllic. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful villa in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. We were a family of 5 with three teenagers and it was perfect for us to just relax and do not very much! The villa is very spacious and stylish and well equipped. The heated pool is a good size. The location was good for us - it's a short drive to El Cotillo (lovely beaches) Corralejo and La Cancela pizza restaurant in Lajares (recommended!) The bakery at the end of the road was also a big winner!

The garden is great with different corners to sit, very impressive trees and plants, the rooms are nice and tidy, the kitchen well equipped, the living room very cosy, the sauna very good and the distance to beaches and nice villages like Lajares and El Cotillo max 20 min drives. Also close to the airport. Fernanda who takes care of the house is very friendly and helpful. I would book it again!

Beautiful villa

We had a won two weeks in this villa. It was really well equipped and lovely and clean upon our arrival. Naomi was incredibly helpful all the way through the booking process, on the run up to the holiday and also during - a wonderful owner!! Lovely 5 mins walk to the local bakery every morning for a coffee with lots of fab restaurants and supermarkets close by - Casa Marcos was a fantastic restaurant and within walking distance! We came to the island for our boys to surf and it was absolutely perfect for that. Thanks Naomi Vanessa xx

Amazing villa with great location

We have just returned from a week at this lovely villa. It's in a great location, only 20 minutes to a lovely beach and 15 minutes into a great town with many shops and lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant (Casa Marcos) which is just down the road and you can stroll down there and have a wonderful meal, but best to book as very busy but lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. We eat there twice during our stay. There is also a lovely bakery in a cafe just down the road which is definitely worth a visit daily.! Nothing worth changing here, all great. Naomi was really helpful from start to finish. Weather was fantastic, everyone had a great time here. We will be returning one day.

Wonderful villa, relaxing, good food

Lovely, clean and relaxing villa. Everything needed was there. The boys loved the pool and we all enjoyed the steam room. Good local restaurants within walking distance and also in the older part/marina end of Corallejo. Boys did the dune buggies. We all climbed a volcano. Was quite windy when we were there but the pool is sheltered so made no difference. We all wanted a rest and sunshine and that's what we got. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect relaxing week in the sun...

A very relaxing and quiet week in this uniquely configured and excellently appointed villa. The pool and surrounding patio provide a perfect area to enjoy the afternoon sun or shade, as we preferred (we also caught the morning rays on the first floor terrace). The kitchen / dining area is to an extremely high specification and is great for a cool lunch out of the sun or evening games post supper. The four of us rattled around the villa which would accommodate eight with no problem. To top matters off, the bakery that is within a stone's throw is friendly and the selection of bread and pastries added to the holiday as well as our waistlines. Good restaurants, all in easy striking distance, and a super base to explore the north of the island or further afield if you can drag yourself out of the pool. Great support available from owner for arrival arrangements and the duration of our stay. A super family holiday, thank you.
