Check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Every type of shopping is nearby; from groceries to shoes. Local restaurants are abundant! LaMesa Bistro and Centifontis serve delicious food. The unit is spacious, especially the kitchen. There is A/C in each bedroom and the living room. Teenagers enjoyed playing the PS4 that is in the bedroom with the high windows where the picture shows a desk. We enjoyed our coffee early in the morning beneath the balcony of the upstairs unit.The downside to this rental is that the enjoyment of your stay is contingent on the courtesy of those renting the upstairs unit. If you can sleep through the sounds of luggage dragged across the floor or footsteps above you, you'll enjoy your stay here. There, were no rugs so, there's no worries about tripping or spills. If you are mobility challenged, I urge you to look carefully at each image and ask questions of the host regarding your specific needs. There are 8 steps down to this unit. It would be a struggle to get a walker from the parking area across the grass to the steps.
