Located 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards, Sylvie and Frédéric welcome you to this former barn on the Château de la Bretonnerie wine estate. Completely renovated by an architect, it is divided into two independent gîtes connected by a double interior door.

Secure private parking is available on the property. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in an outbuilding.

A south-facing wooden terrace with a hot tub overlooks a 330 m² enclosed garden.

Ground floor: a spacious and bright living area of 70 m² and 25 m² with open-plan fitted kitchens and lounges, and two separate toilets.

Upstairs: two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, two bedrooms with two 90x200 cm beds, one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a 90x200 cm bed, three shower rooms, and two separate toilets. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, crib/high chair.
