The place is really good. I love it. The receptionist is very friendly and kind.Congratulations! The breakfast was good although the bread is missing in the dish for complete the typical gallo pinto. I do not like the costume service of Jeidy Porras I think he is the owner’s son, when we requested additional towel and blanket he was not nice and complaint too much about our request. He needs more costumer service training.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean, breakfast was amazing. Close to several tourist activities. La Fortuna was a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful lush tropical grounds. Kids loved the pool, hot tubs and easy walk to the rope swing. In a quiet area away from town, but a bit far if you don't have a car. Sometimes it felt like we were the only guests there. Good value, especially with breakfast included.

This Hotel was lovely! The tropical property was lushly landscaped and well-maintained. The restaurant area was open-air, service was efficient, and the food was good! Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. We also utilized the pool and admired the wildlife. The room was spotless and huge. Staff was very nice and let us store luggage on our last day and have late check out. We took Ubers to town and activities and they were readily available and reasonably priced. El Salto rope swing was nearby, which my boys loved. Overall It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and it was a fantastic value. Recommend!

The property was very pretty with the gardens. The restaurant had great food choices and they were delicious. The staff was very accommodating. The pools were nice, but the main hot tub was never available to us (empty for most of the days and not heated when full). The rooms seem like they are still being finished. It would be nice to have a coffee table and have the refrigerator on top of a cabinet for storing food. It would be nice to have curtains over the kitchen sink, as people outside can see into one of the bedrooms. It would be nice to have cooking implements (like a spatula) and coffee filters to go with the coffee maker. It would be nice to have end tables on both sides of the bed, and have electricity wired to both of them. We made do with our extension cords and the extra chairs. Still, we would stay here again.

Es más lindo en persona que en fotos las cuales no le hacen justicia, tiene hermosos andadores, bellos jardines y la alberca no es profunda ideal para niños además cuenta con jacuzzi. El encargado del hotel es un perrito precioso que se llama bobby. La atención no es buena las meseras del restaurante suelen ser no tan amables, en recepción es excelente la atención.

This property exceeded my expectations and their photos do not do it justice! We realized we were booking a more budget hotel, but the property and service was incredible. Rooms were very basic but comfortable beds and great AC. There is very minimal storage in the room but we brought a few hooks and it was fine. The pools are gorgeous but the hot tubs could be warmer. Restaurant was so good, I loved the grilled chicken and guaro sours were the best we had in Costa Rica. We noticed a tour place right next store but had already booked our tours through another company. Property is just on the outskirts of town, could be walkable depending on if you are ok walking 10 minutes or so. El Salto is a free swimming hole with a rope swing and maybe a 3 minute walk. My only recommendation is to make the lobby more visible. We arrived at night and had a hard time finding it since there wasn’t a sign. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back!!!

Highly underrated boutique hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool and grounds are stunning and a great view of the volcano. Excellent food.

Very relaxing place away from tne tourist trap. Great pools and hot tubs to unwind. Lovely landscaping and nice cabins. Would stay again.

Our casita was like a duplex casita whereby we could hear our immediate neighbors snoring, coughing, and talking because of thin walls. There was no doorknob on our door, where the key was required to either open or close/lock the door. In the casita there were no face cloths or dish cloths even though there is a kitchenette. On the showerhead there was an electrical wire going to the showerhead with exposed wires, so we did not have a shower. The grounds, pool and restaurant were all well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

We loved how clean and well kept the property was. We noticed they drained and cleaned the pool twice in our 7 day stay which is amazing. The restaurant is convenient and the food is good, however we were hoping to see the swim up bar open, as we were in the pool and hot tubs daily. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the creek type area behind our room, it made a nice background sound and was lovely to fall asleep to! The greenery and plants around the hotel were all very beautiful as well! Thanks for having us!
