Beautiful home in L'Hermenault

This original farmhouse is ideal for a family vacation in the Vendée. The property has three bedrooms, a pleasant private pool and a sunny south-facing terrace. One of the bedrooms, all located on the upper floor, is equipped with a shower cabin. You have at your disposal two TV sets with English channels only and a PS2 console for playing DVDs. You will be staying in a quiet little hamlet, but just 3km away in L'Hermenault it has all the amenities you need for a vacation. 10 minutes away you can stroll through the beautiful town of Fontenay. At the lake Lac de Mervent, 14 km away, you can enjoy various water sports and there is a small zoo for children. Also worth a visit is the charming village of Vouvant, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than an hour's drive away, the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are at your feet. La Rochelle is a city rich in history, with an old port and museums, and beautiful nature awaits you on the Île de Ré. This charming vacation home with pool promises a successful and unforgettable vacation in the Vendée.

Séjour décevant

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de ce séjour, de cette maison. Le seul intérêt restant la piscine. Environs extérieur de la piscine non nettoyé, a l'intérieur, papier toilette de recharge pose a même le sol a côté de la brosse des toilettes, elle même dans un état déplorable. Poignée du lave linge cassé, difficile voire douloureux a manipuler. A l'étage, contour du robinet de la salle de bain encrassé de calcaire de même pour le pot a dent couvert de dentifrice. Par ailleurs toilettes extrêmement bruyantes et ce, quel que soit nos efforts pour suivre les indications pour réduire le bruit. A tout moment dans la nuit ce bruit horrible nous faisait sursauter. Toilettes du bas souvent bouchers. Nous n'y avons mis que ce qui était autorisé. Ce n'est pas notre 1ere location et nous avons toujours respecté les règlements, mais là c'était insupportable!! Nous sommes d'ailleurs partis depuis le jeudi soir. Tuyau due la bonbonne de gaz du barbecue obsolète depuis 2012. Résultat, pas de barbecue pour nous. Logement en location depuis 2011 me semble t'il, mais pas d'amélioration de l'habitat d'après les indications dans le livre d'or de ce logement Nous n'y reviendrons évidemment pas !!
