Had a great stay. Perfect location, especially travelling with kids. Friendly staff and huge variety of fresh breakfast buffet items. We were very well looked after. If you need to order grab, will easily arrive near lobby area. Also kuta beach and shopping strip are so close by. This is a prime location! Swimming pool excellent and well maintained. Everything about this hotel surprised us! Staff were fantastic, like really great. Rooms clean and modern. Great shower, great pillows and great bed. House keeping staff - excellent. I’ve been travelling for fourty years and this was one of my best ever experiences in and level of hotel. Came for two weeks here and stayed a month. Will definitely return on our next trip.
