Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the sheet didn't cover the whole mattress and so kept rising and bunching during the night, exposing the mattress protector. The hotel is also very poorly sign posted from the entrance of the shopping mall

Spent 9 nights during golden week 2025. Hotel is located on top of a shopping mall and a 3min walk to the main shopping arcade. Tram lines are 3 min walk. Bus terminal is underneath the hotel. Reception is on 14th floor, with hotel rooms located on floors 5-13. No room service. Staff are helpful. Many restaurants in short walking distance.
