Na ja
Die Ausstattung, bis auf die Küche, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer geht hat nicht. Hinter die Heizkörper sollte man auch nicht schauen. Und die Fliesen im Bad müssten auch mal sauber gemacht werden.
