We are in the Lake Tegernsee triangle-Achensee-Sylvensteinsee. Panoramic pure nature. Your dog will feel good. We will gladly provide binoculars for observing the domestic Wildes available. Even in winter, which makes your holiday worth in snow secure location with direct connection to the always well-groomed cross-country trails that lead up to the Tegernsee.   Our house can be found on page 89 in the list of hosts and in grid square C 7 in the map.

Die Vermieter super freundlich einizige mangel sind die Betten Schrankklappbetten wahren uns zu weich und garkelig hab dann auf dem Boden geschlaffen . Das war aber der einzige Mangel. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll sonst hätten Wir verlängert.

Warme, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub ( 5 Übernachtungen) mit unerwartet viel Schnee ( Im April) verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und warm und wir sind immer gerne nach Spaziergängen im Schnee dorthin zurückgekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.

Grenzerfahrungen

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Gastronomie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich verbrachte mit meinem Sohn einige sehr schöne und auch erholsame Tage. Der Achensee in Österreich ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die österreichische Grenze nur ein Steinwurf entfernt.

Wir kommen wieder!

Also erstmal zur Wohnung: Richtig tolle kleine Bude mit allem was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sogenannte Schrankbetten zum ausklappen. Sie knarren etwas und haben einen Spalt in der Mitte, was uns aber persönlich nicht gestört hat. Die Küche klein aber fein, mit genügen Lüftungsmöglichkeiten falls mal was anbrennt. Das Bad hat eine Dusche die schön groß ist und alles was man im Bad eben noch so benötigt. Durch die Heizungen bekommt man es auch sehr schnell warm. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Falls man etwas benötigte haben sie ausgeholfen. Für die, die stabiles Netz suchen werden dort nichts finden. Netz hat man nur an bestimmten Stellen (wenn man das Handy lange genug liegen lässt). Internet hat man dort (je nach Vertrags Anbieter). Das WLAN war zu unserem Zeitpunkt leider nicht sonderlich stabil (kann allerdings am Sturm zuvor gelegen haben). In den anderen Bewertungen wurde von Rasern geschrieben. Dadurch das unterhalb des Hauses wie eine Hauptstraße entlang läuft fahren dort Autos auch mal etwas schneller als 80. In der Wohnung selbst hat man die Straße kaum mitbekommen. Und auch sonst hat uns dies nicht gestört. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei der von den Gastgebern gern herzlichst begrüßt worden ist und auch sonst drum herum genügend Möglichkeiten hatte um sich etwas die Beine zu vertreten und zu lösen (Kotbeutel nicht vergessen! Den Kot liegen lassen gehört sich einfach nicht Leute!) Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. Danke an die Gastgeber!

Schön dort - aber

Die Unterkunft war genaudas, was wir wollten - eine Bemerkung zur Umgebung möchte ich doch machen: ich war schon einige Male in Gegend zwischen Tegernsee und Achensee unterwegs, was mich diesmal störte war der Verkehr. Ich wurde mehrfach von Autofahrern bedrängt, die offensichtlich die Strasse im Bereich Kreuth für eine rennstrecke halten - dichtes Auffahren riskante und Überholvorgänge waren an der Tagesordnung, ich fand das dem Gebiet nicht angemessen, ebenso wie das aggressive Radfahren auf Waldwegen - das mindert den Erholungsweg erheblich. Vriendelijke eigenaren, en gastvrij. Een wat gedateerde keuken en badkamer. 2x eenpersoonbedden.

Een gastvrij verblijf, rustige omgeving. Het ligt 10 klm van een meer met verschillende gezellige dorpjes. Er is een buslijn voor het verblijf.
