The villa spans 128 m2 and boasts a spacious living room with an open dining kitchen. The expansive living area is equipped with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, cable TV, and a ceiling fan. Adjacent to the living room is the terrace, strategically designed to capture the breeze, providing a refreshing ambiance. The open kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, 4-zone induction cooktop, and a combination oven-microwave. Next to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine, available for guests to use.
The villa features a total of 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and toilet.
Everything is fully equipped for a nice holiday and the villa is equipped with a solar water heater.
The villa is equipped with multiple 220V and 110V outlets.
