The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe request a room faced yard side? We would like recommend Hotel to every guest.Thank you

Perfect location, east short walk to the old town and Jewish quarter. Staff super friendly and helpful. The suite was bigger than expected and was the perfect space. We plan to return to this hotel on our next stay.

The hotel was all we could have wished for friendly reception ultra clean hotel from room to restaurant and lounge couldn't find one fault loved the pillow menu especially as i have a bad neck

Okay but not great

I booked on Hotels.com and requested 2 beds with pull out sofa. When I arrived, they gave me a double bed with sofa. They said they don’t see the bed requests when booking through a third party and no other room was available. Sheets were scratchy but otherwise hotel was clean and breakfast was European with lots of bread and yogurt and sliced cheese and meats. Room was straightened every day but old coffee cups and drink glasses never removed or cleaned

This was my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The property is ideally located 10 mins approx to old square .. Yhe room was large and very confortable space to mine .. The bed was very excellent with great quality bedding ., The usual table , fridge were present . Added plus of a netspreso coffee machine .. WiFi very strong .. Bathroom very modern with strong warm shower., Breakfast was very tasty and varied Overall I would highly recommend the Leonardo boutique hotel 10/10

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the downstairs seating area was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. You are such a short walk to the old town for a lovely evening walk too!

Bed was good. However the blankets on the bed were too heavy and warm for august and nontop sheet was provided. A light blanket is needed for the summer. I could not get a refund for breakfast purchased when i reported to the server and the front desk that only 3 persons ate yet i paid for 4. I tild them before breakfastt that day but they reported they could not refund me.
