Banyan Tree was amazing. We had a Two Room Ocean Pool Suite. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was kept immaculate with twice daily cleaning. The service at BT was fantastic. Everyone stopped what they were doing at all times to greet us. They all had a great attitude and seemed eager to please. The food at the restaurants and bar was also wonderful. We had a bbq served in a room one night. The staff set up a bbq grill, prep tables and a dining table on our deck complete with table cloth and flowers. We had many served courses with delicious food all cooked to our preferences. Anything we wanted - food, drinks, ice, rides, reservations could be communicated through What’s App with immediate results. We also had wonderful spa treatments. When we left the property for excursions booked outside of the hotel, the workers at the front sent us off with towels and water and greeted us when we returned with a ride to our suite. I cannot stress enough the amazing proactive service we received, with little unexpected touches like nightly gifts. The pool and beach and staff there were also great. And from every location in the resort we could not get over the view. Finally we loved that the resort was quiet and private. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi.

The team here really went above and beyond, were super kind and helpful. Beautiful room and tons of options for activities to add on. This was by far our favourite resort we stayed at for our honeymoon trip. The easy beach access was lovely.

We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.
