The hotel is located away from the main busy Nathan Street. Ver convenient walking distanceto restaurants. If someone is familiar with the subway MTR system, he/ she can actually ride it with a prepaid Octopus card from the airport, instead of spending more money with a taxi. The hallway and the room are kinda tiny with not much space to walk around. And so is the shower stall. However, it's understandable because it's Hong Kong

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the staff for the outstanding service they provided throughout my stay. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist, whether in arranging my room change, handling my luggage with care, or offering useful information about transportation and local amenities that truly made this trip a big difference. Their warm demeanour and exceptional dedication are a testament to the hotel’s high standards. However, there was odour smell of sewage system at some places inside hotel. Trust that the management office will follow up the situation promptly. All in all, I sincerely appreciate all the staff did to make my visit both comfortable and memorable.

First night I found dead cockroach on the carpet. Reported it to the facility manager and they told us to change room for deep cleaning. Asked for compensation and they gave us free upgrade to family room which was huge. Good thing too since we suddenly faced typhoon wipha on 20th July and difficult to go anywhere outside so had to coop up inside the room for most of the day. The hotel staff were very friendly, free drinking water and cold aircon room with huge room size thanks to the free upgrade. Location was perfect since it’s near MTR too. Many eateries and shops too nearby and bus stops are abundant in this area (I have not tried these).
