INTRODUCTION: Bay View Villas is an exclusive evolution of luxury villas, private ones and divided into 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It is situated on the southern slop of the Eastern Old Planina and surrounded by oak forests and almond trees. It represents an attractive combination of the sea and mountains with a breathtaking view on the bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can enjoy the conveniences and attractions offered there. The Bourgas airport is situated 40 km. and Varna airport – 90 km away from the complex. The main goal for the Bay View Villas team is both the guests and the owners to enjoy their stay here. Our aim is to provide you with quality service and professional attitude. GENERAL RULES: 1. The owners, guests and the staff should follow certain regulations in Bay View Villas. The Management team has the right to ask those who ignore the rules to leave the complex. 2. Actions violating the Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or the public order such as taking drugs are strictly forbidden inside the complex. The ones breaking this rule will be asked to leave the complex immediately with all the consequences. If necessary there will be sent a report to the police. 3. On arrival guests shall complete the registration form. A temporary pass will be issued. The security Guards may wish to check your pass. Only those registered with reception and included may stay at the complex over night. Other visitors may only enter the site at the express invitation of a registered guest and become the sole responsibility of the guest. 4. The paths in the complex are for pedestrians only. Only emergency vehicles and site delivery vehicles may enter the complex. 5. Please ensure that musical equipment does not disturb others. 6. Please keep the villa and the site tidy and use the litterbins provided. 7. Please do not take glasses or bottles into the immediate area surrounding the swimming pools. 8. The outdoor Spa pool is for adults only. Children should be accompanied and supervised by an adult when near pools. Please do not jump into pools or run in the area close to a pool. It is essential to use the shower before entering the pool to remove sun lotion. 9. Please do not bring food or drink into the communal areas of the complex. 10. Please do not enter the restaurant in swimming costumes. 11. Please do not remove items from the villa and communal areas, for example toys, gym equipment, crockery and cutlery. 12. Please do not remove sun beds or umbrellas, or leave towels to reserve sun beds. 13. To avoid the risk fire and to comply with the Bulgarian legislation, please do not smoke inside the Restaurant, Bars, Spa & Fitness Centre or light Barbeques. 14. Only use appliances for their intended uses and do not overload existing electrical circuits. 15. Please do not use the golf carts; these are for staff use only. 16. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated areas only. 17. Please use the clothes driers supplied and do not put up clotheslines. 18. No animals, livestock, reptiles shall be kept in the villa. Pets are not allowed in the complex. 19. Water shall not be left running unless an actual use. 20. Using the swimming pool from 21:00 till 06:00 is absolutely forbidden! 21. Breaking the silence in the complex from 23:00 to 06:00 is absolutely forbidden! Please do not make noise during these hours! We hope you have a happy and safe holiday
