6/10 Okay

I want to be fair—the location is unbeatable being the only on-airport option, and the check-in experience was actually quite good with very friendly staff. However, the stay itself was a 'low okay' and really missed the mark considering the $400+ per night price tag.
The rooms are clean and adequate, but they feel more like a 2 or 3-star standard rather than a premium airport hotel. For example, the fridge was physically set up for a minibar but was just empty, which was confusing.
The biggest issue was room service. We ordered at 10:30 PM (when it's virtually the only food option available), and it took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the food was cold and very average. It became clear there was only one staff member running room service for the entire hotel—definitely not his fault, but a major failure in staffing/management.
Overall, you are paying for the convenience of the location, not the quality of the hotel or service.
