This three bedroom three and a half bath legal vacation rental residence is approximately 3,200 square feet and showcases boundless views of the Pacific coastline, nearby beach, backyard pool and Spouting Horn.
The fully air conditioned oceanfront upper split main level includes a great room complete with living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as access to the main master bedroom suite and accompanying lanais. The lower split level contains two air conditioned bedroom suites (one with a king bed and the other with one queen and a twin) as well as a fourth family pool room with a queen Murphy bed. In the oceanfront backyard you will enjoy the refreshing swimming pool, sunsets and seasonal whale watching.
