Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and heating stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair.
