It was ok. Had an odd vibe/environment. The room was clean. Beds were decent. Walls were thin. We could hear everything going on around us even with the TV on. It’s a good place to stop and sleep overnight.

Hotel was very dirty and had a lot of things to be fixed. The room had the carpet very stained, sheets and towels had stains too and the bathroom had a pee stain on the side and the faucet didn’t have the handles. Room had a lot to be fixed. Hotel seems to be in the last of its tim.

The front desk clerks were awesome. I had made a mistake on the date when booking my room through Expedia and Darryl helped me correct this problem. I ended up staying 4 nights there. Darryl is AWESOME! He was always helpful, smiling, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the other front desk clerk Kevin one night. He was awesome too! Both of these young men are an asset to this business. Clean rooms.

The hotel is conveniently off I-40 with many food options nearby. Our room was clean fully stocked with towels and convenient toiletries. It was a quiet stay which was appreciated and the continental breakfast had many options. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The rooms were large, clean, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast if in a hurry. Great proximity to nearby Dollywood, pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg. Would definitely book here again.

I had reservations for 3 nights. When I checked in I waxs told there was no housekeeping, but if I needed anything to let them know. There was only one bath towel in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told they were at the front desk. I asked to have my trash picked up because there was leftover chicken in the trash. They told me to put it in the hall and someone would pick it up. I guess theyre not worried about roaches or ants. Breakfast was subpar, at best.
