Almost a good night’s sleep

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which is very much appreciated. Only complaint was the bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable. My husband I felt each other tossing and turning and my husband said his hip was achy as a result of the mattress. On the plus side we were SO happy to find out this location has an EV charger.

The front desk staff was not really helpful. I booked the room for three people but ended up only having 2. I asked if there was a price difference and the man acted like I asked a dumb question, then when I went on the app it said it would be $24 less for only 2 people.

I was unable to check in on the first night due to delayed flights and the Verizon connection shortage made it difficult for me to notify them. I was still charged the full about even though I only stayed 2 nights instead of 3 and I booked a king and didn’t get that, they gave me a 2 queen.
