Bishop's Meeting

Pros: It was the overflow hotel for the convention I attended. Good snacks on the 2nd floor. I am a part of the rewards program.
Cons: Not having to pay to park my car - without having to gain thousands of rewards points, could be included in the rewards for staying.
Location: Not far, but not within walking distance to the Marriott where most of convention attendees were staying.
Check in/Check out was fast. Hotel was a little dated, very quiet on the floors It lacked the softer mattress that I would have preferred. Rooms were serviced in a timely manner. Local restaurant delivery service should have been alerted in advance that a convention was being held - delivery was promised within 90 minutes. (Front desk gave us one menu) When I placed the order, I was asked if there was a convention in town. I arrived at the hotel late after 10 pm due to a delayed flight and the thought of having to wait 90 minutes for food delivery, since there is no late night room service, was a bit unsettling, however, that late, coupled with being hungry, and too tired to drive anywhere leaves you with no other choice but to wait. Fortunately, it was about 30 minutes and not 90.

If you just need a place to sleep.

Pros: Location, staff, and free wi-fi.
Cons: Carpet and furnishing are dated but ok.
Location: Close to restaurants and a large mall.
We stayed here while visiting family so I was just looking for a cheap room closeby. It met those requirements.

Very modern and clean.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: daily parking fee
Great location in downtown Knoxville. 4 to 5 block walk to downtown restaurants. Near UT football stadium. Friendly staff. Only down side is parking is $8 per day. But it's covered and monitored. We didn't know about the cost till they told us down there. Would recommend for business or personal.

From the bartenter to the 3 different managers that greeted us .. they all made us feel great !!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The location of the hotel and it's proximity to 'walk to' sights of interest helped make this a very pleasant stay. The staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful with directions, dinner recommendations, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, friendly staff
Cons: sirens were a little noisy
The hotel has been recently updated. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and nice. We definitely enjoyed the hotels hospitality, complimentary shuttle to local attractions and restaurants, convenience to the University of Tennessee, Market Square, Gay Street, etc. Overall we had an excellent stay and would stay here again.

Breakfast was good

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
The Hotel was nice enough I guess. We have stayed in better and got more for our money. You get nothing for your money except that it is located downtown. I did not like having to pay for parking $8.00 per day and then we had to also pay for breakfast but I have to say the breakfast was good. I hated the new engery saving features in the room. Everytime we opened the door we would have to reset the airconditioner. I think I will look at somewhere else for next time.
