Initially I was placed with 223 which was right in front of a public balcony in which anyone can see right into your room. So I asked to be moved and I was placed in 330 with the sacrifice of my king bed for two queens. The room was ok but the bed and pillows were absolutely back and neck breaking. Absolutely no comfort at all. I slept almost zero. At 3AM I was nearly given a heart attack by a dump truck that emptied their gigantic dumpster. Overall it was unpleasant and I feel I overpaid for the hotel room.

The lobby was inviting and location was fine but upon checking in we arrived an hour early as did the 5 people in front of us for a concert in town. All 5 people were able to get checked into their room early and when it was our turn the lady said, you booked through a third party so your room isn’t ready even though we are with Hilton Honors this did not matter. We waited patiently for our room and we were put into the handicap room that smelled horrible and felt like a hospital room. The shower was disgusting and there was a huge drain right in the middle of the bathroom floor. The bed was hard and the bedding may of been from a hospital.

Will be back

The staff was helpful and friendly, any my room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Great location, I was very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again when I'm in Knoxvill.

Really nice hotel

I enjoyed the hotel during my short stay. However, it was a cool night and by the time I turned on the heat, I realized it was nit operating properly. Since it was already 2am, I did not feel like complaining or waiting for hotel engineer to fix or a new room. I had a spa tub room and it worked great.

Very Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel close to nice mall and shopping, restaurants, college and hospital. Was very pleased with room, accommodations. Staff was pleasant and professional. Always addressed me by name. Appreciated their courtesy and politeness. We will definitely be staying again if in area.

3 day stay

Pros: The lobby was clean
Cons: breakfast should be included
We arrived late at night. We were asked if we wanted 3 or 4th floor. We decided the 4th. We were placed in the Handicapped room which I thought was weird. I turned on the heat for just a min to take the chill out of the room. There was an immediate horrible smell that set off the fire alarm. I turned the head off and the fire alarm went off but the smell stuck around all night because there was no way to open the window. I let the front desk know and there was no offer to move us. I was also confused bout being charged for breakfast especially in a hotel of this caliber.
