We booked junior suites type but once we checked in, our room was downgraded to be studio type...or maybe it was because we checked 1 hour 30 minutes before? Amenities, room cleanliness, staff friendliness and so on are fine in a sense of meeting our expectation but hopefully downgrading room type should not ever happen to anyone :D this is a must-improve

Главное достоинство отеля это его персонал. Стараются во всем помочь. Номера вполне нормальные, но в части из них много комаров. Лучше брать номера на более высоких этажах.

ビーチに近い、新し目のホテル。ただ、ロビー通路の悪臭は何とかしてもらいたい。

2ベッドルームのスイートを利用しました。(404,405の連結) 広いです。小さなキッチンもあります。建物は新しく綺麗でモダンな造りです。惜しいのは部屋以外の共有スペースの臭いです。下水管の臭いでしょうか。客室とレストランではそんな臭いがしないのが救いです。口コミでは悪臭を上げている人は少ないので、この日がたまたまダメだった可能性もあります。 また、寝室の湿度コントロールがうまくいかないのか、ティッシュボックスの壁側とドライヤーのコードにうっすらとカビがありました。年明けすぐで乾季なのですが… それがなければまた使いたいと思えるホテルなのですが、今回のような状態だとまた利用しようとは思いません。 改善されることを期待しています。
