Clean rooms and lobby. Unfortunately staff could not offer any help with EV charging. We have a newer EV and had to charge elsewhere since they could not help us with the app - would have been more convenient to charge at the hotel. Staff not at front desk nor in the breakfast area and several items including coffee had run out. Should always have 2 staff if you are offering breakfast included.
