I love the location, very convenient for travelers. The rate for the parking at the property is a little high, but otherwise the ambiance, the staff, cleanliness and hospitality was 5 star! My husband and I were so happy. Will definitely go back.

The staff are amazing

I have got to say that the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We booked a superior room but you don’t really get much extra for your money and if I’m being totally honest the beds were not that comfortable. The hotel in general is great it just looks like it needs an uplift in places. The leisure area being one of them as the changing room in the ladies had lots of things that needed repairing and my autistic son got locked in the shower room in the changing rooms because the lock was worn.

Worth the price, best most comfortable stay ever

On a cold rainy British day, we arrived via hire car at the hotel and were greeted with a hot chocolate at the door! The hotel is modern and beautiful with all amenities and lovely Italian restaurant. The beds are super comfortable and the room was soundproof as we had the best nights sleep. The room was expensive for a one night stay, we usually choose a hotel close to the airport for convenience but we would choose to stay here again for the amazing service as it is worth the price. Highly recommend.

Really pleasant experience! -Clean comfy rooms. -Lovely friendly staff. -Leisure centre was lovely too (only thing is that the pool could be abit warmer too esp for the kids) but overall a great experience. -Amazing breakfast! Great service from all staff. Close to airport, with options for transportation to/from the airport. Lobby bar is relaxing area with good menu. Buffet breakfast is worth the added expense.

OK for one night stay

Food in executive lounge a little disappointing - especially the dessert. Tinned custard and too much runny cream. Room good - though aircon/ventilation noisy. Only one robe for two people and an intermittent fault on the bedside lamp - which worked when someone came to check, but then didn’t! Happy for one night but glad not to be staying longer - mainly because of the noisy aircon.
